Previously on Hart of Dixie Season 1 Episode 17 “Heart For you to Hart”, Zoe has conflicted feelings about seeing her alienated father, world-renowned surgeon Ethan Hart, who has agreed to journey to Bluebell to perform surgery on Georges father like a favor to Zoe.
