    this is my second day, and man does it pain, but it’s worth it, and I just support my neck the whole time….if I could dig up my ab roller I’d do it with that.

    When I started this workout, it killed my neck to. But If you keep it up every other day it won’t hurt your neck anymore because it will make you stomach muscles much stronger. Just remember to lift using your abs only and keep your neck still and your head towards the ceiling(:

    Probably you push your head vigorously up during the exercises. Do the exercises once without your hands behind your head, but crossed on your chest.

    I can’t still do this, because my neck hurts and I feel sick, I am a runner and I don’t know why all the pain goes into my neck and throat and not abs :/

    I’ve been doing this for about month. I noticed that i lost weight. But i didnt want to. Anyway,it helps to lose fat on stomach too,not too much but helps. Im doing this everyday and it gets easy every day. But i also noticed that my back hurts,thats the problem.

    Been doing this for a good 3 weeks…if you have a good stomach with little to no fat it will look more toned! Keep it up every other day

    Fat Combust Factors (do a google search) kept on appearing here on Youtube and I thought they were scam. Right after my friend use it, and lost alot of unwanted fats, Im persuaded. Go ahead, search for Fat Combust Factors on google:) :)
